I wanted to check in with you and see how this past Spring's trip to Orlando was. As you may recall, our company, CCIS, did the trip for several years and I know this past season you decided to travel with another company.  I always like to follow up to see if now that the trip has come and gone, is there anything that we can offer as a company that would improve our service and allow your group to once again travel with CCIS. We miss working with your group and now that you have had a chance to experience one of our competitors, if there is anything you can suggest or would like to see us offer, I would truly appreciate the feedback.
