Good Morning Mrs. Maharg,

My name is Heather Warheit and I am one of the coordinators for the 5th grade Field Trip to Niagara Falls.  We take around 100 students and 50 chaperones over night.  I am interested in getting a proposal for the cost of the trip if you were to organize it.  I have attached the intinerary for our current trip. Good Afternoon Stephanie,

I was looking for a price for next year for comparison's sake.  We usually submit the trip to the school board for approval in May of the previous year. This coming May, we would submit everything to get the trip approved for 2013.  We do already have things lined up for the trip coming up in May 2012.  Thank you!

We like to go as close to the end of May as possible, so that all of the attractions are open.  The company we currently use always books Mondays and Tuesday for the trip, but we would actually prefer Thursdays and Fridays if possible.  The dates we would prefer (in order) would be:

May 23-24
May 16-17
May 20-21
May 13-14
