5/21/01:
>  Tony called re: Band Trip to Bahamas in 2003.
>  We discussed cruise options, etc.
>  He was originally considering Bermuda, I discouraged this.

2/4/02:
>  Tony called to discuss a number of options for 2003, Cruise, Cancun, California, Las Vegas, Boston, who knows - doesn't want to ride bus forever, but may not be allowed to fly!
>  He will see what Board's feelings are before we talk again in May 2002.  Trip will be Spring 2003.

4/30/02:
>  Tony called re: Cruise fro 2003 - his Principal has decided to support cruise idea.
>  April 18 - 21 is their Spring Break.
>  Dates are yet to be confirmed - probably April 16 - 20 or March 26 - 30, 2003.
>  Tony is going to submit paperwork to see if he can get approval - will set budget at NGT $800 to include r-trip air.  See what hapoens on his end for approval and then we can proceed as needed
5/23/02
>  BJS emailed Tony to check-in on next year's trip status.  Tony 
returned call, then BJS called and LVM.
>  Principal all cool, waiting for OK from Superintendant, tony received email from Super while on phone.
9/23/03
>  Band and Orchestra are going on this trip but Tony is handling all arrangements!

3/22/16:
>  BT updated client with new BD info.
>  BT went to grad school with Scott at UMD and he and his wife came to the Moton's dinner this past January.
>  Meeting in person today to discuss travel for next year.
