4/24/12:
>  Rec'd RFP for Marching Band & Choir trip to Orlando in May 2013, via fax, from Kellie Long, Marching Band Director.
>  Since Kellie geberated RFP, BJS made her the Primary Contact and added the Choir to this files since it is a combined trip.
>  Also added choir director contact info.

4/24/12:
>  BJS sent Thasnk you Card to Kellie for her interest.
>  BJS sent RFP to Dave via email - asked DD to follow up with Kellie to get travel dates - as you know, we cannot plan the trip without their dates.
>  Dave, please call me before speaking with Kellie as I want to make sure you and in turn she understands that Universal is not a Dinsey Park and adding a day at Universal increases the price by approx. $70pp.
>  She also needs to understand that all of the Dinsey Packages include a minimum of 3-days in the Disney Park. Does not mean they have to go three days to Disney, but regardless, they have to pay for a 3-day pass.

7/17/13:
>  Rec'd RFP from website for trip to Williamsburg in late May 2014.
>  BJS sent along to DD to speak with her in light of our track record with her last year and the way she played us . . .

7/26/13:
>  BJS and DD spoke and she is actually responding and seems genuinely sincere, so BJS and DD put together some rates and emailed to her with a list of specs and she got back the same afternoon with additional questions, new date possibilities, numbers, etc.

7/29/13:
>  BJS and DD discussed our response and then DD is sending her the answers she wanted and also asking the following so we can proceed with a definite proposal and guarantee rates, etc - 
Dave – based on this, 88 + 14, the range we presented, from 90 – 100 total pax is fine. NO need for any adjustments at this point.  Per our conversation from earlier today, we will need her to:
1. confirm the definite dates
2. whether or not we are to include the two meals en route, or deduct the $20 from the package price and take them out,
3. and that she is pleased with what we have  put together and wants us to proceed.
>  BJS also changed the group name to Band and deleted the Choir reference since it appears as if this is a BAND only trip.
