3/23/11  Spoke with Michael about potential Boston trip,  They try to take big trips every 4 years, he is thinking of Boston 2 nights 3 days to cut on cost, vs 3 nights 4 days. About 250 students – 2 concert bands and marching band. Needs something educational, a clinic or competition , marching – something fun ( dinner dance cruise or amusement park ) Will be Meeting with members in late spring early fall to plan trip.  Sent information packet. Follow up next month.

4/27/11  Spoke with Michael, he said to call back in Sept, not ready to plan yet. Mailed packet, tape measure.

7/21/11  mailed letter and manicure set

9/9/11:
> called , left message, cb at 2:30  he is in class until then.  Called back left vm for mr. russo

10/4/11:
>  Call tomorrow at 8:00  am  first period free

10/11/11:
>  called him 8:00  on Tues – his free period.  He said he is drafting a letter to students to see who wants to go on trip – to get a commitment- will know in 2 weeks.  He has my card.

10/25/11:
>  Mike emailed me,  they are collecting money for the trip now to see if the students are serious.  He will know by the second week in November if they will go on a trip.

11/18/11:
>  spoke with Doug   he said to call back on Monday morning to speak Mike.  They are going to Boston 2 nights 3 days, maybe on the way stop at Rhode Island. Call Monday between 7:40 and 8:46

>  Selected another company - the same one he has traveled with for several years . . .
