9/21/15:
>  BT called David Van Gelder - BD.
>  We had a quick conversation. Not traveling this year, but probably next.
>  Haven't used a travel co. in the past but seems open to it.
>  I told him we did trips for former FACS chair and for Matt @ Kettle Run.
>  Said to reach out in Nov. or Dec. to discuss. Event created in PLD.

12/17/15:
> BT had nice qualifying convo with David.
> Huge new school, HUGE program.
>  3 bands, 190 kids. and he marches about 165-170. Kids in top band have to be in marching band.
> Orch. has 165-170, Choir has 300+!
>  He has planned trips on his own, not opposed to tour company. Doesn't sound like he's shopping, but liked what I showed him.
>  Sounds like if we're in his ballpark budget ($700-800), he would be in.

2/3/16:
>  BT reached out to David to see if he firmed up any ideas for next spring.
>  He says he's now leaning toward Disney for 2017, parade etc.
>  Said he liked what I presented in Dec. Will keep us in mind "if they decide to use a tour company".
