At this point we will pass. I had previously used CCIS and have since switched to Hukana Matata tours. My wife too.  Marcia"s service and pricing have been superior on all quotes.  Our NYC trip planned by Marcia ran much smoother too and Brian (owner of CCIS) did not address an issue we had where kids missed a tour due to a poor planning.

I was very irritated with how CCIS handled a situation a year later in which we were working on a Busch gardens trip.  Their payment schedule was completely inflexible with the late decision to due the trip and when I questioned their pricing they simply pulled the plug and never contacted me or responded.  I ended up doing it myself and saved  kids 100 a person on a two day trip in which I would have done a bulk of the planning.  Additionally, Music and the Parks  takes care off a lot of things. I was really looking for help with money collection and making contracts - the administrative stuff.  A 10k mark up was ridiculous for this short trip with no attractions other than a park.
