>  Went to Orlando in March with the band on a typical W - S Disney MMDays trip and with coaches it was $790pp.

You and I met this past February in Baltimore at the MENC Conference. As you may recall, while visiting our booth in the exhibit hall, we discussed the Freeport HS Music Department’s trip to Orlando in March 2011. You mentioned that you have always traveled with the Band; however, you were considering traveling on your own or at least looking at another travel planning company to make the Choir’s arrangements.

To give you an idea of what we have been doing for our clients since 1993, I have attached an Orlando Proposal that, based on our conversation, should closely resemble the trip which you took this past Spring. The group’s Final Itinerary is included as well.

Several of your colleagues in the Pittsburgh area are now traveling with CCIS and I am sure they would be happy to provide you with a reference!  These include the Seneca Valley HS Band, North Allegheny HS Band, Mt. Lebanon HS Band, Montour HS Band, Moniteau HS Band, Carlynton HS Band, and new to our family this year is the Highlands HS Band.
