Scott:
Just a quick note to inform you that Sue is no longer working with CCIS and if you need anything, please do not hesitate to contact me directly. Your complete Final Itinerary Packet will be sent to your attention, via FedEx, at the school later this week.

2014/15:
>  Will is in charge this year (ARGH).
>  Planned trip with multiple revisions to NYC.
>  Had CN since October, and then on 1/5/15, told DD he was traveling with someone else - would not say who. Thought he had emailed us . . . HE DID NOT.
>  Will said he was unhappy with our trip when he did it 2 years ago (when he was 10 months after trip finally paying his bill). 
>  Scott has never been anything but pleased and gives glowing recommendations.
>  DD is to call Scott Faust and make sure he is still good with CCIS as last year's trip, when he was in charge, went very well as had the previous trips when he ran them. Only on Will;s years does there seem to be issues - on his end - not ours.
> DD  did what was asked above. Would not answer my emails or take my calls. Last time I called he told secretary via intercom "If I need anything I will be in touch.......
