3/29/11  Spoke to George, His kids are going to the Philharmonic today so he couldn’t talk. He gave me his cell phone and told me to call back next week, he wants to plan a trip – they are long overdue for an over night trip.

4/5/11  Spoke with George, buzy teaching, call back Friday between 1 and 5

4/8/11  George was in a meeting with principle, gave me email – send info- wants to know some detail about our company. Already told his parents they are going on a trip- email and send packet

4/11/11  left mess on vm,  drop off packet Thursday

4/15/11  made appt with George May 2

5/2/11  Appt with George- Meeting went very well – My first request for proposal – sent him email with references and info on ccis. Call tomorrow to make sure he gets email.

5/12/11  Call George next Tuesday to get date for trip next May

6/1/11   called to get dates – still no football schedule – call back Friday

6/10/11  left vm on georges cell

6/21/11  left vm

7/21/11  got date from him 2 weeks ago – Bryan is working on it

8/29/11  spoke with George, will meet with him the week of the 12th

10/13/11  Spoke with George ,  he is talking to heritage, but really would like to do business with us. He is impressed with the fact that we came to him.  Heritage is based in Long Island.  I mailed him a hard copy of the proposal – Next week he is meeting with the directors and will see if the kids are on board.    CB 2 weeks.

11/3/11  left mess vm

11/8/11  I have not heard from George, I assume that he could not get enough kids on board. Sent letter

12/9/12:
