1/17/11:
>  BJS entered in system following receipt of RFP after Jim Carey made a 545 delivery om 01/14/11.
>  Band trip to NYC in April 2011.
11.6.11:>Cindy added new trip for Loudon County HS Band.  Principal stated that they can only depart on Jan 20 2012 after 4pm.  Would like to see a Broadway Show - pitt crew time, they will not be traveling with instruments so require an educational event (pitt crew), possible choices to do are: NBC Tour, Radio City Backstage, Wolman Rink, 5th Ave Shopping, Time Square photo shoot, Top of the Rock, all meals and a NJ hotel is fine.  Travel by bus and cost between $400-$500.

9/12:
> Group was considering a trip to Orlando so we completed PTP.
>  Then, they decided on NO Trip this year, just a day trip to Kings Dominion.
>  Hoping for another overnight trip in 2013-14 term.

8/21/14 - delivered gift bag to school main office for Darron.

9/11/14 - vm for Darron - see where they are traveling to this year?

>CAJ - Called school and left another vm for Darron.

3/19/15
>CAJ - Spoke with Darren today at 3:15pm. He has used us in the past and would like to use us again. Does not have dates yet and will be speaking with his principal for 2016 dates. Does not need a festival or parade, maybe a performance for the jazz and concert bands, clinic is fine. Wants only to fly since they have flown in the past. Will be getting a feel from the students for destination options. He wants Hawaii or San Fran but figure a budget for that type of trip would be twice his normal budget, but he wants students to stay in the program and stay in for a great trip. But Chicago might also be an option. Waiting to see his dates and which location he and his students would prefer.

>  This is likely the same trip we proposed for him for Nov. 2016. Wants a "skeleton" in a few weeks for boosters.

Hi Darron,

Happy New Year to you as well!

Attached is the proposal and IOG we completed for you for this past November for the trip that didn’t happen. As I don’t think we would be able to have a full trip orchestration to you in a few weeks, I think this would be a fairly accurate “skeleton plan” to get you started. Obviously the rates are subject to change but I don’t think it would be drastic.

Take a look through this and send me an update with the following:

1. Precise dates of travel.
2. Estimate of number of adults and students traveling.
3. Any changes to this proposal that you would want for the Nov. 2017 trip.
4. Are you still flying?

Once I have that, I can enter your trip into our system and we can get started on it. The goal would be to have you all set up with a deposit and contract well before the end of the school year.

>  Per BJS - BT offered to attend booster meeting re: Orlando.
>  Darron must have forwarded to Kurt, his booster president. Looks like I will be going down on Jan. 19 at 7pm.
>  Since they were responsive, perhaps I should go down with something with updated dates and a non-guaranteed cost estimate. Your call.

>  The main number is his work number - he doesn't have his cell with him at work during tha day.
