>CAJ - Called Beth today to see if she know what the best date is and if the parents are actually willing to pay to fly.  Waiting for Beth's call back.

>CAJ - Just got off the phone with Angela and her and Don will decide on hotel.  Bus choice is Newton.

6/16/15:
> BT friended Don on Facebook and reached out. His group is most likely NOT traveling in 15-16. Perfoming locally in International Tatoo
> BT will reach out in the fall to confirm and schedule a visit to the area.

11/22/19:
>  BT met with Corbin at VMEA. Don’s replacement.
>  Next year - 50 pax to Atlanta, Boston, or Nashville.
>  Something happened with Don last year with bookkeeping. Boosters "don't like us" and wouldn't let her use us this year. Knowing Don, he probably put them in the hole and blamed it on us. So Corbin planned on own to NYC.
>  Boosters will be new next year.
>  She loved us when she used us before.
>  clinics, something "unique". 
>  Start planning in the spring.
>  Kept making comments about not being able to afford us - so BJS said to send Nansemond TO to her so she can see our NY trip. On her own she said about $800...right where we are. Hmmmm.
