>  BJS sent EM to Cindy re: Orlando Festival Disney Trip in March 2013.
Cindy:

The Rockville HS Music Department’s departure date of Thursday, March 21, 2013 will not work with the Festival Disney schedule.  Please check with the Directors to see if they can leave late afternoon or early evening on Wednesday, March 20, 2013 and drive through the night. This will get them to Orlando on Thursday mid-morning. Festival Disney performances are on Friday & Saturday, with the Awards on Saturday night. Some of their festival weekends even include Thursday performances.  They would then depart for home on Saturday night following the Awards.

By the way, AMTRAK tickets are currently running between $200-250 per person round trip and the schedules really do not lend themselves to a Festival Disney trip. Besides that, they will need to have charters in Orlando for 4 days and that will be between $4-5k / coach x 3 coaches, so no less than $100 per person. That said, we will have already spent half of their $600 budget on nothing but transportation, so the train idea is really not a viable option.

Please share this information with group on Monday and advise as to their decisions and how we are to proceed. Call me if any questions.

>CJ, spoke with both Phil and Ron today. They have school approval for their trip and are deciding on the bus charter company. Once they decide they will email me their choice and we will send out the contract for their trip.  Please add one guard per night @ $139.00 per night for one guard.
