4/24/12:
>  rec'd RFP for Music Dept re: Chicago '13.
>  Stephanie and BJS discussed, as they came to see her at PMEA in Lancaster last week.
>  We went thru the history of all the old trips and multiple revisions w/o any response once decision time came, but these are new Directors, so hopefully this will not be the same case.
>  SM ios calling Kristin to let her know we want their business and will do everything we can to earn it, but we want to be sure we will be getting a fare chance and they will respond.

> SM visited Kristen and George to discuss both good and bad about their Chicago trip as well, as discuss plans for Orlando next spring.  Kristen and George also provided video testimony about how they were pleased with how CCIS planned and handled all aspects of their trip.  Having used several travel companies in the past few years, they feel like they have had the most success and
satisfaction with CCIS and are definitely repeat clients.

7/29/13:
>  Per George, he and Kristen are going to be co-coordinators for this year's trip, so please send all correspondence to both of them when emailing, etc.

7/30/13:
>  Per Kristen, the Orchestra (Shirley Rankin, Director) WILL be traveling with the Band & Choir again this year.

6/1/21
>  Below are basic specs for a music department Orlando trip.  George, to the best of my knowledge, has NOT yet applied for any workshops and/or performances.  He attended the first webinar and Shirley (orchestra director) attended the second.  He says they must march to justify going with the band, and he has been told that there are no parades yet.
>  April 21-25, 2022
  This is after our spring break.  We definitely want to take the groups to Disney.  The last time we traveled to Disney, we scrapped the competitions and focused on the Parade, performances, and Workshops.  Both Kris and I loved this (as well as the kids).   We would like to go that route again.  Hopefully the parade application won’t be an issue, I have no “current” footage of the band parading.   We haven’t done a parade in well over a year!  I can pull out old parade footage, but our uniforms and drums are different now.  We’ll have to work through this.    
  Also, the last time we went, we did one day in Universal, not sure if this is going to be possible again with all of the changes/additions made in Disney.  Lot’s of things to look into.
