Dear Annette:

Please allow me the opportunity to introduce myself, I am Bryan Stevenson, President of CCIS, Inc., the group travel planning company that has made your group’s arrangements for their most recent trips to Nashville and Chicago.  I see where your group is close to departing for this Spring’s trip to Boston and I am hopeful that the somewhat tumultuous past regarding several band director and personnel changes has come to a much needed end.

I have been reviewing our notes from the trips we did with your group in 2010 and 2011 and all indications / evaluations led us to believe that you were very well pleased with the arrangements we had made. If this was anything but the case, I would appreciate knowing why CCIS was not considered for this year’s trip to Boston.

I have run a thorough comparison of the itinerary for the Boston Trip (from your website) and after running some numbers, I see where the rate you are charging the students, $525 / student quad, is quite a bit higher than what the same package would have been with CCIS. I know our rate would have been at least $55 less per student and we could have saved your group several thousand dollars.

Our package would have included everything that was detailed in your itinerary, PLUS our Added Value Program Items:
•	iPad2 for the Group Leader
•	Create-A-Video Compilation DVD
•	CCIS Scholarship for a member of your group as well as the opportunity to apply for our $1,000 National Scholarship
•	Early Sign Bonus Comps
•	CCIS Rewards Program (our version of a frequent flyer program where Directors can redeem points for travel to education conventions and workshops)
•	Complimentary Site Visits.

I am sorry that we were not given the opportunity to work with you on this year’s Boston trip; however, I do hope we will have the chance to meet with you after you return from Boston so that we can begin making plans for 2013.
