She is in her second year with our county and is in one of our bigger schools.  Large program and I think she has traveled in her other county before. She has some interesting ideas, but needs some travel guidance.  Should be a nice size trip though.

> BT spoke to Mary Lynn, planning to travel next year, but Disney too expensive.
> Considering Sandusky/Cleveland with Rock and Roll HOF, etc.
> But they are "on hold" awaiting approval and exam schedules, etc.
> BT will touch base in the Fall and try to visit her and Tony D. @ Bel Air.

4/11/16:
>  After speaking to Mary Lynn on 6/17 - she was unresponsive after multiple attempts to reach her via phone, email, and leaving messages at school.

4/14/16:
>  BT - Mary Lynn responded to my email, they are back in for a Disney trip for Feb. 2017 - getting details.
>  175 students, 25 adults
>  Depart Wed. after school, return Sunday afternoon
>  Thinking Feb. 15 -19, 2017. Waiting for confirmation.
>  Marching Band PAOS, maybe split for workshops if affordable. 
>  Budget is $600-$700 all incl.
>  BT sent Midwest dates to Mary Lynn.

July 2016:
>  Kelly Ewing, a travel agent parent called and spoke with BJS re: Orlando 2017.
>  She was having difficulty putting this all together for such a large group and wants our help.
>  BJS shared info with BT.

08/23/16:
>  Per Kelly, she has decided to do it herself or use another company - no explanation as to why other than they thought they could get better air for all 200 pax.  We no that game . . .
>  BJS is honestly not sure if we can trust this group - has been nothing but asking us top plan their trip and then not doing it for the past few years.
>  Will require a deposit if we are asked to do any more proposals.
