Thank you so much for getting in touch with me.  I�d like to apologize for not getting in touch with you earlier.  I had intended to sit down with you and a couple other companies over the summer and compare quotes and rates.  Unfortunately, the summer became busier than expected�we just bought a house!...and that never happened.  I had actually begun working with another company that two of my colleagues work for before Jeff recommended CCIS to me.  I�m going to go ahead and travel with them this year to see how things go.    However, if it doesn�t work out for any reason, you�re the first person I�m going to call.  I�m really impressed with the organization of your company and all of the benefits that come along with working with you.

I�m really sorry I wasn�t able to commit more time to my search over the summer.  I hope you understand.

Congratulations on the new house - having moved recently ourselves, I am very aware of how easily time can escape us.
 
I am honestly disappointed to hear that you are already working with another company on this year's trip, for I was hoping we would get an opportunity to at least prepare a proposal for your group. If you have not yet signed an agreement with the other company, I would welcome the opportunity to put together a proposal for your group. If you are already committed, I understand completely and would very much appreciate the opportunity to prepare a proposal for next year's trip this coming Spring or early Summer.

My principal requested that the trip proposal be submitted to the board at the August meeting.  The other company�s proposal was the only one that I had received at that point and it was very comparable to the service and rates I was used to with Ameritours so I turned in.

Again, I am very sorry that I was not able to give you the fair chance that you deserved and that is completely my fault.  I�ll be sure to check back with you when we begin planning for next year.

>  Did Chicago Proposal early in Summer and he again went for months without corresponding and then suddenly thanks us for all our work - BUT ONCE AGAIN SELECTED CHOICE.
>  NO MORE PROPOSALS, 545 Gift Deliveries, etc. until there is a new Director at Knoch HS Choir.  This guy is a spineless douche bag.
