Some time has passed since we last corresponded and I am not certain if you are aware or not, but I understand that AmeriTours may be closing their doors this Fall. From our previous conversations, I know you were a loyal customer of theirs and I appreciate this loyalty. We too have a core of extremely loyal customers, many of whom have been traveling with us for more than 10 years, and thanks to their loyalty, we have been in business now 
since 1993.

I know when we met a few years back you were impressed with the Orlando Proposal we provided for your group and even though you made the decision to continue your relationship with AmeriTours at that time, I understood completely. In light of the current situation with AmeriTours, I am hopeful that you will now give CCIS the opportunity to establish a working relationship with you and your group. I am anxious to meet with you and discuss the possibilities. Our list of satisfied customers continues to grow throughout the country and I would like to arrange a meeting at a mutually 
convenient time so we can further discuss the benefits of using or service and your group's up-coming travel plans. I can assure you that our years of experience specializing in music group travel, attention to detail, quality, value, and personalized service, are all second to none.

Bryan, We will be meeting with several tour companies over the next few months.  At this point, the band has applied to the Cherry Blossom Festival Parade in Washington D.C. for next year.  If we are chosen, that will almost certainly be our destination.  Once we know for sure our destination, we will absolutely give CCIS a chance to make a proposal.  We were with Ameritours since the beginning (20 years)... we will certainly be loyal to any company that can serve our needs.  I will be in touch fairly soon.
