Hi Bryan,

I’m ready to start planning this year’s trip. The Dallas trip was great and my new principal loved it. She has given me the go ahead to start planning early. We will be going to Orlando again and I would like to have 2 options, Disney only and Universal/ Sea World or anything else you might recommend. As usual, I would like to build in 1 adult for every 10 students. Please include travel insurance in the package, but drop the video. I would like to keep the cost around 400-450 per person so I can keep the total cost w/ transportation under 700.00.

The dates I’m looking at are Feb. 27-March 3 or March 6-10, 2013. We would leave on Wed. in the evening, traveling overnight and return on Sunday, traveling overnight Saturday.

I have to go back to work on July 30th, and the students return on August 6th, so my summer is almost over. I would like to be able to present the trip to the parents by the beginning of September if possible.

Great to hear from you and so early!!!  Must be nice to have a principal who is so supportive and allows us to get the ball rolling over the summer!

I have called the Buena Vista Suites to see if of the two dates you suggested, one works better for them (a.k.a. – a lower rate) and as soon as I hear back from them, I will start with the planning.  I will also run numbers for both options as you suggested, all Disney or 2-days at Universal and 1 at SeaWorld.
