5/15/14 - contacted Bill about this next years school travel - he wants Chicago, but will do on his own.
5/30/14 - ask to meet Bill over the summer for lunch - he still said he would do the trip on his own.
8/14/14 - Ask Bill if we could do a proposal for chicago - even Bryan wrote to Bill and again stated that he would do the trip on his own.

9/11/14 - told Bill about Midwest and ACDC that he qualified but in order to go, he needed to travel with us this year.  HE still insists on doing his own trip and said the school would pay for him to go.
