10/17/08:
>  BJS added Choir to the Band's record since it is a combined trip to Orlando for Spring 2009.

2009 Trip to Orlando never materialized.

9/8/09:
>  2010 Trip to NYC - we shall see - band only 45 total pax.

10/11/11:
>  BJS updated contracts - new Director, Leah Greber is gone and Jonathan Schiffler is the new BD.
>  Orlando 2012 - DSC submitted RFP.

10/3/13:
>  Rec'd RFP for Orlando or LA Trip via Website.
>  BJS sent along to CJ and she will follow up with Jonathan. With at $600 - $700 budget, LA is out, as well as flying anywhere.

>  BTW, the Ocean Lakes Choir traveled with us again last year to Orlando for a Candlelight Processional trip in December.

4/28/17:
>  BT reached out to Ryan about trip for next year.
>  He replied that he wants to do Orlando in mid-March, Disney this time.
>  Asked about dates, budget, numbers.
>  His reply:
March 21-25, 2017
Roughly 70 students, 7 adults including myself
We'd like to keep it around $500 so if that is not possible with Disney then we will do the same trip that we did in 2016.
>  BT will remind him that his 2016 trip was $469 Sextuple PLUS bus. If you remember, $500 was his budget last time. So I think he's sadly mistaken if he thinks he can do Disney for the same. Any other advice as he and I go back and forth?

6/21/17:
>  BT has been in touch with Nicole (new parent trip coordinator). She informed me that Ryan will no longer be BD. 
>  He is moving to a middle school in Loudoun County. Will stay in touch.
>  They do not have a new BD yet, but Nicole is trying to have everything lined up for an Orlando trip similar to last time. 
>  Universal Studios with new Volcano Bay.
>  She has approx number of pax - 60 to 70 kids and 8 adults - but is not sure how participation will be since Ryan is leaving.
>  Time frame is "end of March". 
>  Have tried to connect with her by phone, but she is on vacation this week. Will connect in early July. Maybe we can give her a cost range compared to their last trip until we wait for new BD and confirmation on dates?
