09/12/02 - AMH called Steve. They are traveling to Austria and Germany with "sister music programs" hosting them this year.

11/26/01:
>  BJS made follow-up call to Steve at Atherton HS re: FOE San Antonio 2002.

>  Needs to see Sample IOG and Final Itinerary.  BJS to fax NLT Wednesday morning.
>  They will Depart Louisville Mar 20, 2002 and spend night en route arrive San Antonio 3/21/01 around check-in time.
>  Depart for home on Sunday, 3/24/02 after b-fast.

11/28/01:
>  BJS faxed Sample IOG and Final Itinerary copy from last year and then called and LVM to alert him that it was there.

12/5/01:
>  BJS LVM follow-up re: San Antonio.

1/21/02:
>  BJS LVM for Steve - we need to have your stuff NOW if you are coming . . . Unused rooms at the hotel have to be released.  Please call when you return to school on Tuesday.

12/12/01:
>  Steve called.
>  They are coming to San Antonio - should have application in mail with fee next week.

1/9/02:
>  BJS called as we have still received nothing from Steve.
>  LVM.

1/21/02:
>  BJS called and LVM to see if they are still planning to come to San Antonio.  Msg expressed urgency due to nearness of event and hotel block release date.

1/22/02:
>  No word from Steve, so BJS called again - no answer,  did not LM.

1/23/02:
>  BJS called Steve once again, no answer - BJS LVM.  Need to know if they are coming by the end of the week as we have to release room block.

1/23/02:
>  Bart Yeager, Student Assistant returned my call at Mr. Lin's request.  He said they were bringing the girls chorus to San Antonio.  I said great, but we would need his Application, $75 Application Fee and $1,000 Deposit in our ofice NLT 1/31/02 in order to guarantee participation.

1/24/02:
>  BJS faxed note to Steve outlining conv with Bart yesterday afternoon re: what is due and when in order to guarantee participation as listed in the brochure.
